Core Grouting Services has successfully commissioned a new high volume ordinary Portland cement mixing and pumping spread. The equipment is designed to mix a wide range of grout type. Based on testing and project performance the unit can produce from 35 to 80 m3/hr of grout.
The unit will be deployed on projects form January 2015. John Paul O’Sullivan, engineering manager at Core, said, “We have designed and built this equipment based on our project experience. Because of the need for speed, we designed the unit to produce the maximum amount of grout as efficiently as possible. This unit will help our clients to complete project quicker and reduced the impact of grouting on the critical path.”
